We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I'd trust at my own property. We're family-operated, so if something isn't right, it falls on us, and we take care of it that same day.
I track every job on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I call you before you need to call us.
